Here’s a nifty little tool for editing PDF’s in case you need one. PDF-XChange Viewer. It’s portable and free.
It’s not absolutely everything but it will take you quite far.

So short review about the best pdf viewer?? I’d tried different softs for read and edit pdf-files and with certainty I can recommend this PDF-XChange Viewer as versatile, fastest and stable.
